TEPIDARIUM  for the preparation of the body, with lukewarm air (lukewarm bath).
    Ancient Romans were spending the most time, relaxing, talking and playing the social game.
    The secret was that the walls were made of stone covered with tiles or marble and the chairs spatial     heated about 37-39 ºC degrees, about normal body temperature.
    The body was achieved that gives off  heat as much as receives so that the power consumption is     minimal.
    Immune system strengthens without burdening the body and blood circulation time is achieved by     treatment, and prevention of disease.
    In the Roman bath tepidarium was a room in which people could enter from the dressing rooms     where users are preparing for the steam bath. In the modern era tepidarium means a place for inner     peace.
    It is recommended for relief of stress and regeneration of the body.
